What Diversity-Related Resources Have Worked For You?

A friend of mine has asked for some help in compiling a list of resources related to diversity in (and diversifying) academia, especially among faculty.  I have put some time into creating lists of resources that have been useful for me and/or colleagues, specifically related to race and ethnicity, gender, social class, LGBT issues, weight, and disabilities.  But, these lists are by no means exhaustive!

What diversity-related resources, particularly for the recruitment, retention, and promotion of faculty, would you recommend?  This could include websites, blogs, job banks, job fairs, professional organizations, books, journals, archives, services, etc.  You can leave recommendations as a comment below, tweet us at @conditionaccept, email us at conditionallyaccepted [at] gmail [dot] com, or leave a comment on our Facebook page.  I am happy to add recommendations to our list of resources, as well!  Thank you in advance.
